How to Create a Product Video with a Logo
As making product video with screen recorder has become a main method of online tutorial and presentation creation, the owners of company or Website pay more attentions to brand building as well as copyright protection. Adding company logo or trademark into your product video is an effective and positive way to promote the brand building and protect the copyright. This guide will show you how to place your company logo or trademark over your product video made with screen recording software.
The required tools:
- Screen recorder DemoCreator
- Image creation software
Step 1 Prepare your logo
If you want to make a text logo, simply type the word in Windows Paint and save the logo as PNG, BMP or JPEG. You can adjust the logo size according to the video resolution of your product video you want to create with screen recorder later. Remember to leave the background color of your logo clean.
If you already have the logo, make sure whether it works well with your planned product video.
Step 2 Make your product video
Open screen recorder DemoCreator and record the product video that you want show to your customers or visitors. If you already have the demo project, just open the project directly. Like most screen recording software, DemoCreator allows you to record what happens on the computer screen. Step 3 Add a logo in video
When you finish the video recording, press F10 or click the stop button in recording bar to end the recording and switch to video editing workshop. You can preview your video or just start to edit your video. Here is how to add a logo for the entire duration of the video.
Go to Image -> Import Master Image. Select your logo picture and press the Open button. Now you can see the logo appearing in your video. If you want to change the logo position, drag the logo and drop it to the place where you wish it to appear.
Double click on the logo and there will be more settings like opacity, size and position adjustment. You can add a link to your logo by entering a URL in Action bar. To activate the link, you need to choose Flash movie (SWF) as output format.
Creating a credit or end page is available with DemoCreator. Right click on the thumbnails bar at the left and choose New Slide.
Choose the new slide, go to Image -> Import Image. Select your picture and press the Open button. Click on the imported picture and you will find an image bar in Time line bar. Move your mouse on the image bar and drag it to the right time it appears. You can also prolong the duration time by dragging the edge of image bar.
Now you can choose the output video format for your product video. There are 7 kinds of most common video files that you can choose from according to your need in detail. Of course, if you want to make the logo in video clickable, save the output in SWF file with a HTML page and upload the page to your site.
